WAR ROOM CANCELLATION POLICY

1 - General Policy

  • 1.1 - All bookings for WAR Room rentals, lessons, clinics, and programs are subject to the following terms and conditions

  • 1.2 - By booking with The WAR Room, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions

2 -Cancellation Notice Requirements  

  • 2.1 - Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking time will receive a full credit or refund.  

  • 2.2 - Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled booking time will be charged 50% of the booking fee.  

  • 2.3 - Cancellations made within 12 hours of the booking or “no-shows” will be charged 100% of the booking fee.

3 - Rescheduling  

  • 3.1 - Bookings may be rescheduled without penalty if requested more than 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.  

  • 3.2 - Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours prior to the booking will be subject to sections 2.2 and 2.3 above.

4 - Programs and Clinics  

  • 4.1 - Refunds for multi-session programs or clinics will only be issued if cancellation is requested at least 72 hours prior to the program start date.  

  • 4.2 - Once a program has begun, no refunds will be issued for missed sessions.  

  • 4.3 - In certain cases, make-up sessions may be offered at the discretion of the facility.

5 - Weather and WAR Room Facility Closures  

  • 5.1 - In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances resulting in facility closure, sessions will be rescheduled or credited in full.  

  • 5.2 - No cancellation fees will apply in these circumstances.

6 - Late Arrivals

  • 6.1 - Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival.  

  • 6.2 - Full fees apply for the reserved time slot regardless of arrival time.

7 - Memberships and Packages  

  • 7.1 - Unused sessions within memberships or packages are non-refundable but may carry an expiry date.  

  • 7.2 - Transfers of memberships or packages may be permitted at management’s discretion.

8 - Exceptions

  • 8.1 - Exceptions to this policy may be made for medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances at the sole discretion of WAR Room management.
